A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. As a result, the Defendant, without authority, forged a contract for change of Maleh Moble service in the name of a private document related to rights and obligations, a written application for support for Maleh Moble, a written application for Maleh Moble charge, and a written confirmation of subscription to Maleh official agency.
2. The Defendant continued to use the foregoing investigation document to transmit the cans as if he were genuinely 4 copies of the forged Maleh Moble service change contract, etc. to the employees in charge of the opening of the KT cell phone.
3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as set forth in Paragraph 1, sent a copy of his/her resident registration certificate that he/she received to adjust the service change contract and other documents, as above, and sent it to the employees under the name of the victim, who are the victim, by using the copy of his/her resident registration certificate that he/she was provided to D to adjust the mobile phone fare system, and acquired one of the 6s opphones equivalent to the market price of 80,000,000 won.
