A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2019 Highest 2415] The Defendant was a person who actually runs a mobile phone sales store called "C" located in Seo-gu, Daejeon from around December 24, 2013 to November 1, 2018, and is a personal information manager.
