A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents under C and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On June 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered “C”, “F”, “F”, “F in the territory of the Republic of Korea D”, “F in the territory of the Republic of Korea,” and “C” in the column of the customer name in the cellphone-based mobile phone agency run in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on June 1, 2016; (b) forged one copy of the application for subscription to the Gleleleh Momomobbm, a private document, in the form of signing on the face of the customer name; and (c) sent one copy of the application for the forged Soleh Mobm boom, which is a private document, to an employee in the name of the company, who is aware of the forgery, as if the document was duly formed.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a mobile phone entrance application in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it.

B. On June 6, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime on June 6, 2016, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) as follows: (a) stated in the customer name column “C”, “F”, “F” in the State column, “F” in the State column, and “C” in the Party column; (b) forged one copy of the application for subscription to the Glehmomomomomomomomomomomo that is a private document by signing in the State column; and (c) transmitted one copy of the application for subscription to the forged lelemomomomomomomo that is a private document as if the document was duly formed.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a mobile phone entrance application in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it.

2. On November 9, 2016, the Defendant forged a private document in the name of G and the event of the said investigation document in the place described in the foregoing paragraph 1-A on November 9, 2016, the Defendant entered “G”, “H” in the customer name column, “H” in the State column, “G Daegu-gu I” in the State column, and “G” in the applicant/applicant column, and signed on the part of the customer name, thereby forging a copy of the application for LG U mobile subscription in the name of G, which is a private document, and forging a forged LG U mobile application as above.
