Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive for Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and the Defendant had a business registration certificate, a certificate of personal seal impression, etc. issued under the name of the said corporation with forged an application form for joining the said corporation’s name, etc. to use the mobile phone.

Around February 13, 2013, the Defendant forged private document: (a) at the mobile phone agency located in Seodong-gu D’E, without authority, entered “(State) C” in the column for customer name of the application for Soleh Moble Equipment, “F” in the resident registration number column, and “(State) C” in the applicant column; (b) written “C” in the applicant column; and (c) written in the column for the set of the application form for Soleh 1 Call//W, signed “C” in the signature box; and (d) signed “C” in the signature column.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the application form in the name of C, the application form for Ethioh', the application form for Ethmba, and the application form for Embaoh', respectively.

B. The Defendant opened a mobile phone at the above date, at the above place, submitted to B the above agency employees who are aware of the fact that the Defendant: (a) the application form in the name of C; (b) the application form in the name of Roleh Co., Ltd.; and (c) the application form in the name of Roleh; and (d) the application form in the name of Role

2. When Defendant B was unable to subscribe to a mobile phone on August 10, 201 because the date on which a certificate of the personal seal impression was issued was submitted as required documents when applying for subscription to a mobile phone, and the date on which a certificate of the personal seal impression was issued was changed and used.

On February 14, 2013, the Defendant changed the date on which the certificate of the personal seal impression was issued to January 10, 2013 after copying the certificate of the personal seal impression issued by C on August 10, 201, and attaching the number 3 and 1 in the address column of the head office of the company.

Accordingly, the defendant is a public document C.
