A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall forge or alter a motor vehicle registration number plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act, or use a forged or altered motor vehicle registration number plate.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as the owner of a gallon car, was kept in custody due to the unpaid payment of administrative fines, etc. from the Songpa-gu Seoul Office, and was willing to use the car registration number plate by forging the car registration number plate and attaching it on the said car.

1. Around May 20, 2016, the Defendant forged two of the vehicle registration number plates B, D (B), and D (B) in a way that, at his own house located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C and 401, booms and plastic plates were made in the form of a license plate to be exercised for the operation of the said car, and the booms and plastic plates were put up in the shape of letters on the top of the b, D (B).

Accordingly, the Defendant forged two car registration number plates, which are air hosing.

2. Around 17:00 on May 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and operated the said car with attaching a forged car registration number plate as described in paragraph 1 on the front of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant exercised the car registration number plate, which is a forged air.
