A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a owner of the vehicle C, was kept in custody of the registration number plate of the said vehicle due to the failure to pay the fine from the office of Gyeyang-gu in order to use the vehicle, and was unable to operate the vehicle any longer, the Defendant was able to use it by forging it.

1. On June 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) drafted a number plate in the form of a white paper with a view to exercising his/her house in Soyang-gu, Goyang-gu; and (b) forged a C-registration number plate in the air (the front number plate) in the form of a number plate in the form of a numeric shape by using verification electric tapes on the above.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one car registration number plate, which is an air, for the purpose of exercising.

2. The Defendant, from June 25, 2015 to July 3, 2015, operated a car with a forged car registration number plate attached at the Goyang-gu Won-gu Wonyang-gu Won-gu Won-gu.

As a result, the Defendant used forged car registration number and used a forged car registration number plate at the same time.

Articles 40 and 50 of the Criminal Code of the Commercial Concurrent Crimes (the crime of forging a public sign and a crime of violating the Automobile Management Act relating to the above Article 4 of the Registration Number plate, the punishment imposed on a crime of violating the Automobile Management Act relating to the above Article, the punishment imposed on a heavier registration number plate, the crime of forging air hosing and the crime of violating the Automobile Management Act concerning the use of forged registration number plates, and the punishment imposed on a more severe registration number plate.
