A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a person who owns a vehicle BM5 car, was kept in custody from the Daejeon District Office due to the failure to pay automobile tax, had the previous registration number plate of the vehicle in front of the said vehicle.

1. On April 20, 2017, at the front parking lot of the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon around April 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stated that, for the purpose of exercising, the car registration number plate of the said SM5 car is kept in custody; (b) a white frame is applied to the car number B.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged one car registration number plate, which is air hosing.

2. On April 21, 2017, the Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant operated the MF5 car with approximately 6km from the Defendant’s house to the 135-lane Hongwon Home registry number plate attached, which is the air hograph 1, as described in paragraph 1, at around 14:00, to the 135-lane Hongwon Home registry number plate attached, which is a forged air hograph hograph 1.

As a result, the Defendant used forged car registration number and used a forged car registration number plate at the same time.
