A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall detached the registration number plate and seal attached to an Act or subordinate statute, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;

Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on September 20, 2016, the Defendant kept the front registration number plate of the Dgho-do car operated by the Defendant due to the failure to pay the fine for negligence, and was unable to operate the said vehicle because it was kept in custody, the Defendant arbitrarily removed the registration number plate of the said vehicle and attached it on the front of the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act.

2. On September 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) copied D motor vehicle registration number plates removed as described in paragraph (1) in order to move the vehicles listed in paragraph (1) from red-interest university parking spaces via a knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife

The Defendant forged an automobile registration number plate, which is air, for the purpose of exercising the paper paper which was reproduced on the back of the vehicle, by fixing it to the back of the vehicle number plate.

3. Around 15:00 on September 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) attached a forged motor vehicle registration number plate on the front road of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as prescribed in paragraph (2) on the DI car; (b) operated to a red-interest university parking lot located in Mapo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government and 94, U.S.; and (c) exercised it by allowing a large number of unspecified persons who may know of the forgery.
