A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 10:00 on May 19, 2016, the Defendant: (b) placed a car number plate in blue PVC vinyl for the purpose of operating the said vehicle; (c) placed a car number plate in the same size as that of operating the said vehicle; and (d) made a car number plate in a white sheet by inserting the word “D” on the Defendant’s residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B 2.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the car number plate of air for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. Around May 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) attached the car registration number plate, which is a forged air unit; (b) exercised a forged air unit at the section of approximately 28 km from the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the 221-gil-ro 31, the day from the front of the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu to the front road of Gyeonggi J&S (2j); and (c) exercised a forged air unit by operating the said car at the section of about 28 km.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act was the representative director of C, who was the owner of DNA car car.

On May 20, 2016, the Defendant operated the said car not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 28 km section from the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the 221-gil, Seocheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, the 221-gil.
