A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obtained a national technical qualification certificate from overseas Koreans (F-4) to stay in Korea on February 28, 2015; (b) obtained a visa from overseas Koreans (F-4); and (c) agreed to apply for an examination in a total of 2.2 million won (1 million won, 1.2 million won, 1.2 million won, 200,000 won, 1.2 million won, 200,000 won, 200,000 won, which was entrusted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea to obtain a national technical qualification certificate from the Korea Human Resources Development Service; (d) tried to obtain a national technical qualification certificate, which is a national technical qualification certificate issued by the Korea Human Resources Development Service; (e) did not have the ability to interpret and resolve the examination problem in Korean language, and (e) contacted B, who entered Korea with B, instead of an examination issue.

1. On March 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was issued a permanent examination place at the branch office of the Korea Technology Qualification Examination Institute located in Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, 46-68, the Defendant: (b) on the parking lot, one cable connected with B to the photographer in order to take the test questions set out in B in the front section of B; (c) one cell phone made to transmit the photograph taken on the screen to B; and (d) one cellphone made to attach the cell phone inside the cell phone so that he can take the photograph of the computer screen in a cell phone after attaching the above cell phone to the cell camera; and (d) one radio wheeler, which can hear the questions and answers from B.
