Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In order to change his status of stay to a visa (F-4) after entering the Republic of Korea as a visa for visiting Chinese nationality (H-2), the Defendant tried to obtain a certificate of qualification as a data processing technician, a national technical qualification certificate, which is implemented and issued by the Korea Technology Qualification Examination Board, entrusted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. However, the Defendant tried to apply for the examination by illegal means by introducing B, which has no ability to interpret and unrepare the examination problem in Korean language.
1.
