A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 2, 2015, the Defendant, who entered the Republic of Korea for short-term visit visa (C-3) and stays in the Republic of Korea. On April 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obtained the national technical qualification certificate, and (b) extended the period of stay by changing the visa to the visa (F-4) overseas Koreans; and (c) obtained the information processing technician qualification certificate, which is the national technical qualification certificate issued by the Korea Technology Qualification Examination Board, entrusted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.

However, the Defendant agreed to pay 1.6 million won in the event that the Defendant passed the contact by introducing the Bracker B instead of the examination issue, while making concerns about the lack of the ability to interpret and pool the examination problem in Korean language.

1. On May 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around May 6, 2015, at the permanent test site for the Gyeonggi branch, located in the jurisdiction line 46-68 a.m., the Defendant: (b) around May 6, 2015, issued one cable connected with B in the parking lot; (c) one mobile phone made to transmit the photograph of the taken screen to B; and (d) one mobile phone made to be sent to B so that he/she can photograph the computer screen of the cell phone by attaching the above cell phone inside the cell phone so that he/she can listen to the emotional answers of the issue from B; and (d) one radio wheel phone, etc., which is delivered to B so that he/she can listen to the emotional answers of the problem.
