A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. From September 22, 2019 to 13:30 on the following day, the Defendant embezzled the victim B, without following the necessary procedures, such as acquiring one copy of the C Credit Card lost by the victim B, and returning it to the victim, from around 18:34, the Defendant embezzled the victim’s idea.

B. The Defendant, from around 10:20 on September 23, 2019 to around 12:18 on the same day, embezzled the e-mail card that the victim D lost without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one copy of the e-mail card and returning it to the victim.

2. Fraud by use of computers, etc., fraud by use of computers, etc., and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act

A. On September 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 13:34, the Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games (Seoul Olympic Winter Station 265), purchased son from a key key platform installed at that key; and (b) paid 1,000 won by inserting B credit cards acquired as referred to in subparagraph 1(a) into a key key machine; and (c) around that time, from around September 24, 2019 to September 24, 2019, the Defendant was refused to pay 21,50 won in total or pay 16 times in total as indicated in the List of Offenses (1).

Accordingly, the defendant acquired or attempted property benefits by inputting information into a computer and other information processing device without authority, and used a credit card lost by another person.

B. On September 23, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of using the e-mail card in the name D, the Defendant contacted the e-mail card in the name of the Gu in the name of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City at the opening space of the Gu located in 384-1, and the e-mail card acquired, such as paragraph 1(b), with the subway transportation card terminal devices, with the subway freight 1.
