A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On May 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Changwon District Court on March 19, 2018, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Changwon detention house.

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;

A. On August 14, 2019, the Defendant, at around 22:00, embezzled e-mail cards (credit card number F), 150,000 won in cash, and 1 yellow counter-fluoreds containing identification cards, but did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning them to the victim, and embezzled e-mails of the victim’s possession.

B. On September 5, 2019, around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) obtained one copy of the J bank Cze Card (credit card number K) that the victim I lost on the H’s street near Kimhae-si G; and (b) did not take necessary procedures such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled the property that he/she left the possession of the victim by having it as it is, without taking necessary procedures.

C. Around 23:00 on December 23, 2019, the Defendant, while acquiring one credit card (credit card number M) from a J bank lost L in the street near Sejong-si, Kim Jong-si, he/she embezzled the property that he/she had, without following necessary procedures, he/she thought that he/she had, he/she had, and instead, did so.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On August 14, 2019, the Defendant purchased foodstuffs at C in Kimhae-si, operated by the victims of the victim’s name in around 22:31, and the Defendant purchased foodstuffs at around 22:31, and the above 1-A.

As stated in paragraph (1), D’s e-mail card showing that it was owned by the defendant and paying 7,500 won of the price is exempted from paying the same amount, using the lost e-mail card, and property equivalent to KRW 14,300 using the e-mail card through the same method twice from August 15, 2019, from that time to August 15, 2019.
