1. Around 08:00 on December 27, 2019, the Defendant embezzled for the purpose of his/her use without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one set of the DNA card owned by the victim C, which was lost, before the coffee shop located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and returning it to the victim.
2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On December 27, 2019, the Defendant, at the convenience store located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, by presenting the victim’s ID card acquired as stated in paragraph (1) to the victim’s name in the manner of suggesting that the victim was aware of it, and then received from the victim the victim the amount of KRW 4,800 per cent of the market price, and used the lost credit card unlawfully.
B. On December 27, 2019, the Defendant, at the convenience store located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan, on December 27, 2019, deceiving the victim by presenting the Do cards acquired as stated in paragraph (1) and then received 48,000 won of the market price from the victim, and used the lost credit card unlawfully.
3. On December 27, 2019, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud, at the convenience store located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, on December 17, 2019, purchased 1 foot tobacco, the market price of which is equivalent to 48,000 won, and presented the Da-owned card obtained as stated in paragraph (1) to the victim with no name due to the loss of the said credit card, but the Defendant failed to obtain the approval, but failed to commit such act.

1. Embezzlements of lost possession;
A. At around 10:00 on September 4, 2019, the Defendant embezzled the Defendant’s thought that he had without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring a copy of the DNA master credit card (credit number I) in the name of the victim H lost, and returning it to the victim, from the Busan subway stairs located in the Seocho-dong, Busan Metropolitan City.
