Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of embezzlement at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 14, 2015.

1. On September 30, 2016, around 22:50 on September 30, 2016, the Defendant embezzled the property of which the victim C lost, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring one credit card bank in the name of Korea, which the victim C lost and returning it to the victim, from the subway station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the backside of the Dongdae Station Cultural Park, and then embezzled the property that the victim left the possession of the victim.

2. Accordingly, the Defendant used lost D’s credit card and received a total amount of 180,000 won from the victim F.

3.
