A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 24, 2018, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) voluntarily accompanied the police box in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to undergo an investigation into the case of violence with other persons, and (b) suggested that the police officer who was requested to present identification cards from the police officer who was affiliated with the above police box at around 02:40 on the same day, and completed the resident registration certificate of East E who was in possession.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully.

2. On June 24, 2018, around 02:40 to 03:00, the Defendant: (a) at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Southern Police Station D police station D police station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul; (b) notified the police officer affiliated with the above police box of the name of the Defendant’s birth of the Defendant, and (c) had F prepare “E” at the bottom of the above “written consent of voluntary accompanying”; (d) signed the “E” at the bottom of the above “written consent of voluntary accompanying; (e) prepared the “written statement” and “written confirmation of the investigative process”; (e) written the “written statement” and “written confirmation of the assault case; and (e) written the “E” and written statement in the “E” and written confirmation column subsequent thereto.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged E’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right.

3. The Defendant, at around 02:40 to 03:00 on June 24, 2018, issued a “voluntary consent of accompanying”, “a written statement,” and “a written confirmation of the investigation process” to the police box affiliated with the above police box, which is located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, a police station D police station located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and exercised the same.
