A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 6, 2017, the Defendant violated the Music Industry Promotion Act: (a) received KRW 25,000 per hour for profit-making purposes from the first floor “D Singing practice hall” (hereinafter “Ding practice hall”) under the ground located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul; (b) provided customers with alcohol, and provided singing, and (c) provided visitors with entertainment.

2. On August 6, 2017, at around 01:45, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act stated “H” in the “written confirmation” and the “resident number column,” that he/she carried out the word “sing in a F box located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E”.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.

3. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;

A. (1) Around August 6, 2017, the Defendant indicated “G” and “H” in the “written confirmation” on the paper of “written confirmation” with the content that he/she carried out “sing machines” at the F box located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the signature of G name for the purpose of exercising the right.

(2) The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as described in paragraph (1), exercised the “written confirmation” bearing a forged signature, as if it were a document duly formed, to the police officer affiliated with the F police box of the Dongdaemun-gu Police Station, who was aware of the forgery.

B. (1) On August 6, 2017, the Defendant stated “G” in the form of “voluntary accompanying consent” and “a written confirmation of investigation process” at the F police box located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the signature of G name for the purpose of exercising the right.

(2) The Defendant, at the same time, at the same time and place as described in paragraph (1), sees that it was a document duly formed with the “written consent to voluntary accompanying” and “written confirmation of investigation process” bearing a forged signature on the police box of the Dongdaemun-gu Police Station, which was aware of the forgery.
