A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on September 20, 2016, the Defendant operated B cargo vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance from around 0.9 km to the road located in 178 in the area of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, which was located in the area of 13:05, to the road located in 241, which was located in the same area of 0.9 km.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving of B Poter Cargo Vehicles without obtaining a driver’s license at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

3. On September 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) around 13:05, at around 241, on the road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) from the slopeD affiliated with the police box of the Suwon-gu Police Station C police station, the Defendant was demanded by D to be subject to the control as to the operation of a motor vehicle on which a non- mandatory insurance was carried out and to inform the personal information, as prescribed in paragraph (1). In order to be exempted from punishment, the Defendant provided D with the E’s resident registration number as his/her resident registration number.

Accordingly, the defendant used the E resident registration number unlawfully.

4. On September 20, 2016, at the office of the police box C of the police station located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (a) completed a voluntary accompanying consent letter, a vehicle operation statement, a criminal investigation process confirmation document; (b) made a voluntary accompanying consent letter, a vehicle operation statement, and a written investigation process confirmation; and (c) made a written verification of the investigation process in each name on the following, stating “E” by signing E in the name column: (a) written verification of the official seal in the location; (b) written the official seal, a written vehicle operation statement, a vehicle operation statement, and a written investigation process confirmation; and (d) forged and falsified it; and (b) forged and falsified the written consent of voluntary accompanying in the name of E, a private document related to the verification of facts.
