A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 11, 2018, the Defendant driving a P K5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.111% while under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol, with a section of about 3 km from the influent land in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the same fluence-ro 105 (105).

4.
