Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 19, 2012, the Defendant participated in the reorganization meeting of the “B 5,19 Pool 5,000 Pool” held in the Taegu-gu, Seoul between around 18:15 and around 19:10 on May 19, 2012, and obstructed the traffic of vehicles passing through the meeting by occupying 3,00 lanes from the 3,00 persons who participate in the meeting, along with the 3,00 persons who pass the meeting, to the 10-lane road, and proceeding the meeting.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant participated in the reorganization assembly of the 'resolution of removal of non-regular workers' held in front of the 17-7 same-sex building in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City between 17:13 and 17:47 on January 30, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of vehicles passing along the above conference by occupying four lanes among the five-lanes in the direction of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, which is the road, along with the 1,300 participants of the above conference, and occupying four-lanes among the five-lanes in the direction of the Seoul Metropolitan City Office.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

3. On May 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) participated in the reorganization meeting held by the Jung-gu Seoul Central Labor Union 2 from around 18:05 to 18:20 on May 1, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of vehicles passing through the meeting by occupying 1,500 the participants of the meeting as well as the 1,50 participants of the meeting, going to the small air route, which is a road, and going to the meeting.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

4. On May 10, 2013, the Defendant participated in the 231 Hyundai Motor (State) conference held in front of the headquarters in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the head office from around 17:14 to 19:30 on May 10, 2013, and the Defendant participated in the 700 participants of the above conference and 4 Hun-ro toward the south of Hun-ro, the road.
