Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 22, 2011, the Defendant: (a) from around 20:28 to around 21:48, 201, the Defendant: (b) 1,200 participants in the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement ratification End” held by the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Headquarters” in front of the Yuakua Building in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; and (c) 200 participants from the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement ratification End Group”, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of vehicles passing from the roads across the roads to the blind distance by occupying at least eight lanes or four lanes from around the roads to the Gakua Qua Building in front of the said Yuakua, Quak Building; and (d) proceeding demonstration.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
2. On December 3, 2011, the Defendant: (a) occupied at least 1,50 participants of the “Korean-U.S. Free Trade Zone Citizens’ Campaign Center,” etc. held between 17:10 to 17:59, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of vehicles passing along the road by occupying at least 8 lanes or four lanes from the luminous square to the blind distance in the front of the Young Pung Library, via the luminous square, via which approximately 1,500 participants of the “Korean-U.S. Free Trade Zone Citizens’ Campaign Center,” etc. were held in the luminous square, etc.; and (b) obstructed the traffic of vehicles passing along the road.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
3. On December 10, 201, the Defendant: (a) from around 19:50 on December 10, 201 to around 20:45, the number of participants in the “Yan-S. Free Trade Zone National Campaign Center for the Korean-U.S. Free Trade Zone Korea-U.S. Free Trade Zone” (hereinafter “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Zone Korea-U.S. Free Trade Zone”); (b) from around 1,500 to around 1,50 of the participants of the “Y 4-U.S. State-S. Night Culture System at Night; and (c) from around 100 to around 200 from the Cheong River-gu square up to the Yan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City-U.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. Island, the Defendant occupied three lanes or three lanes from around 19:50 on the road to
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
