Punishment of the crime

1. On August 15, 2011, the Defendant interfered with general traffic by occupying 3,50 lanes from around 11:17 to 12:35 on August 15, 201, along with other participants in assemblies at meetings, such as “the pan-national conference for the independence, peace, and unification of 66 weeks’,” which was held in the direction of the territory of Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu from around 11:17 to around 12:35 on August 15, 201.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. 2011. 9. 29. 일반교통방해 피고인은 2011. 9. 29. 22:57경부터 같은 달 30. 00:38경까지 서울 중구 을지로입구 사거리에서 ‘반값등록금 국민촛불 집회’에 참가한 다른 참가자 700여 명과 함께 그곳 도로의 광교 방향 3개 차로, 한국은행 방향 5개 차로를 점거한 채 다른 집회 참가자들과 서로 팔짱을 끼고 연좌하여 “반값등록금 실현하라” 등 구호를 제창하는 등으로 차량의 교통을 방해하였다.
