Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2, 2011, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of vehicles passing through one-way vehicle from around 22:20 to 23:10 on June 2, 201, by occupying about 700 participants in the candlelight assembly in the 21st century, which was held as a sponsor of the Korean Federation of Students in Jongno-gu Seoul, in front of the Madern Building in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of vehicles passing through the two-lane road from around 3:0 on the front of the above KT building to the implementation date of the demonstration, such as creating relief for the vehicle at the end of the 3-lane road. On June 10, 2011, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of the vehicle from the 0-lane road at the front of the above KT building to the implementation date of the demonstration, such as the announcement of the two-lane road at the front of the 3-lane road at the front of the 20th century.

As above, the Defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

3.
