Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 15, 2011, the Defendant interfered with ordinary traffic by occupying a road prior to the road of the Seoul Station, the front line, the Cheongcheon River, and the Cheongcheon River, along with other participants in assemblies, who attended the 3,500 plenary session at the 3,500 plenary session held in the direction of the city located in Jung-gu, Seoul from August 11, 201 to 15:36 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of the vehicle by singing and raising music and relief.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. On June 16, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of vehicles by occupying 550 other participants who participated in an assembly on the pretext of “singing event” held by a group, etc. on the side of the library located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, on June 16, 2012, along with the number of 50 other participants who participated in an assembly on the pretext of the “sing event” held by the organizations, etc. located in the doro park, etc. located in the doro-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, and driving along the direction of the driving distance from the right edge of the said road.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
