A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Assembly and Demonstration Act or interferes with general traffic on October 28, 2011 shall hold any outdoor assembly or demonstration in a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;

Nevertheless, from October 28, 201 to 15:40 on October 28, 201, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of vehicles by occupying more than 300 participants in other assemblies participating in the assembly of the National Assembly in the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement ratification Stack against the Republic of Korea-U.S. FTA”, and attempting to enter the National Assembly as the staff of the National Assembly.

Accordingly, in collusion with other participants in the assembly, the defendant participated in the outdoor assembly and demonstration held within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building, which is the place where the assembly is prohibited, and interfered with the passage of the land.

2. On November 26, 2011, the Defendant: (a) from around 17:45 to around 20:40 on November 26, 201, the Defendant: (b) occupied 1,00 other participants who participated in the “Korea-U.S. FTA ratification assembly” in the Sejong-ro located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul; (c) occupied the front lane of the Sejong-ro in the direction of the Sejong-do; and (d) proposed the “Korea-U.S. FTA ratification and opposition” and obstructed vehicle traffic by creating relief.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

3. On December 10, 201, from around 18:50 to around 21:30 on December 10, 2011, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of vehicles by raising relief, such as holding the lanes prior to the road along with the number of other participants participating in the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement ratification Amateur” assembly in the light building distance located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul along with the number of other participants, and holding the lanes prior to the road, displaying the flag and banner, and driving the road in the light-distance.

Accordingly, the defendant is the other participants in the assembly.
