A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. 공문서위조, 위조공문서행사 피고인은 2016. 8. 1.경 위 C 사무실에서 중고차를 팔기 위해 미리 가지고 있던 번호 불상의 ‘포터 Ⅱ냉통탑차’ 자동차등록증의 ‘① 자동차등록번호, ⑥ 사용본거지, ⑨ 성명(명칭), ⑪ 주소‘ 부분에 기재되어 있던 내용을 화이트로 지운 후, ‘E’, ‘인천광역시 서구 F’, ‘G(상품용)’, ’인천광역시 동구 H‘을 컴퓨터로 작성한 후 출력하여, 위 자동차등록증의 ‘① 자동차등록번호’ 란에 ‘E’, ‘⑥ 사용본거지’ 란에 ‘인천광역시 서구 F’, ‘⑨ 성명(명칭)’ 란에 ‘G(상품용)’, ⑪ 주소‘ 란에 ’인천광역시 동구 H'라고 오려붙이고, 2016. 8. 3.경 위 C 사무실에서 위와 같이 위조한 자동차등록증을 사진으로 찍어 그 정을 모르는 I의 휴대전화로 전송하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the registration certificate under the name of the head of Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City and exercised the forged registration certificate.
