A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From February 2014 to October 201 of the same year, the Defendant was in charge of the operation, etc. of ambulances at the D Medical Consumer Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as “D Medical Life Collaboration”) which was located in Chungcheong City C (hereinafter referred to as “D Medical Life Collaboration”).
While the Defendant closed down his business, the Defendant had changed the registration certificate of the said ambulances in the name of the Egystar of the U.S. Medical and Consumer Cooperatives Council member, and had been willing to receive the “certificate of completion of report on the operation of ambulances, etc.” in the name of the D Medical and Life Union.
1. Alteration of an official document and fabrication of an official document;
A. A. Around August 11, 2014, the Defendant altered official documents using a computer without authority for the purpose of uttering at G offices located in the Chungcheong City F, and printed out the letters “Cheongbuk-si C, Dental Consumer Cooperatives, and 4,” and then put the part of “Cheongbuk-si C” into the column for the place of use of the registration certificate of the Chungcheong City, which is issued in the name of the Chungcheong City, and put into the column for the owner’s name (title) the portion of “D Medical Consumer Cooperatives” into the column for the purpose of uttering. The Defendant added the portion of “4” above the last number in the part of “2011” in the issuance year, and copied it with a copy, altered the registration certificate, which is the official document under the name of the Chungcheong City Mayor. B. The Defendant altered the registration certificate to exercise the right to use the document in the column of “Y 1”, “The name and address in the column for operation of the Guide-si”, “The name and address in the column of 3,” and “I” column for the column for operation.
