A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a heavy and rapid withstandingr.

1. On December 2015, the Defendant: (a) deleted the existing descriptions from the registration certificate sampling of the motor vehicle registration certificate with the official seal affixed under the name of the head of the office of the office of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, which was downloaded through the Internet search; (b) then entered “D”, “B-CLSSS”, “B-CLSS”, “B-AS”, “E in the chassis number column; (c) in the engine model column, “M4RK”, “F in the owner’s name column; (d) in the resident’s name column, “G, address column”, “H, 202, and “the date of issuance” into the “F on December 2, 2014” column, respectively.

2. The Defendant at the time and place above, presented the registration certificate, which is a forged official document, to I who was found to have found the vehicle for fraud, as if it were a document duly formed.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the record of the performance and condition inspection of used cars under the name of the Korea Automobile Diagnosis Guarantee Association and the J.

4. The Defendant’s exercise of the said investigation document is intended to commit fraud at the above time and place.
