A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant worked as the C Chairperson located in Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

In order to enter the E Apartment located in Heung-gu D (U.S.), the access to the E Apartment-gu (U.S.) has to be registered, and for this purpose, the E Apartment-gu has submitted a copy of the resident registration and the registration certificate to prove that it is D residents, and the defendant has registered two vehicles per household. However, in order to register a vehicle in addition to two additional vehicles, the defendant had the intention to register a vehicle into the E Apartment-gu by altering a copy of the resident registration and the registration certificate.

1. Alteration of official documents and the uttering of altered official documents;

A. On January 18, 2016, the Defendant, who committed the crime of January 18, 2016, stored the part in the present address of the certified copy of the resident registration which is an official document under the name of the head of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the name of the head of the Seocho-gu Office to exercise within the HH office in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office for the purpose of using the certified copy of the resident registration which is an official document under the name of the head of the Seocho-gu Office for the resolution of the merger of the building, and printed it through a picture board program by altering it into Gyeonggi-do I, K, and then printing it into the screen board program, which is an official document under the name of the head of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and then submitted it to the management office through the Gyeonggi-gu Office for the use of the L5 vehicle registration certificate, which is an official document under the name of the head of the office of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and the copy of the resident registration and the registration certificate that is modified as above, to the management office for P apartment.

Accordingly, the defendant altered the resident registration certificate, which is a public document under the name of the head of the Si/Gu, and the registration certificate, which is a public document under the name of the head of Gyeyang-gu.

B. On February 25, 2019, the crime committed on February 25, 2019, the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office for the purpose of exercising in the office H in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office for the registration of the certified copy of the resident registration in the name of the head of Yeongdeungpo-gu Office for the purpose of Gyeonggi-do.
