A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Forgery of public documents

A. In around 2009, the Defendant forged a motor vehicle registration certificate in the name of the Director of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Vehicle Registration Office, which is an official document, for the purpose of using a copy of the motor vehicle registration certificate of his Huwon's Huwon's own, and then attaching a pre-printed “I” paper to the relevant motor vehicle registration number unit.

B. In around 2009, the Defendant forged a registration certificate in the name of the head of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Office of Business of the Daejeon Metropolitan City, which is an official document, for the purpose of using a copy of the registration certificate of the HG car owned by the Defendant, and attaching a paper of “J” printed in advance on the registration number unit of the said vehicle to a copy of the vehicle again.

C. Around 2009, the Defendant, at the above G office, forged a registration certificate in the name of the head of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Office for the business of the Daejeon Metropolitan City, which is an official document, for the purpose of using a copy of the registration certificate of the HG car owned by himself, and then attaching a paper of “K” printed in advance on the registration number unit of the vehicle.

In 209, the Defendant, at the above G office, forged a registration certificate for a low-income car in the name of the Daejeon Metropolitan City Office for the purpose of using a copy of the registration certificate for the HG car owned by the Defendant, and then attaching the “L” paper printed in advance on the registration number unit of the automobile to a copy of the vehicle again.

E. At around 2009, the Defendant is an official document for the purpose of uttering by attaching a copy of the “H” paper printed in advance on the registration number page of the motor vehicle registration certificate of the vehicle of 300C car which he had previously owned by the Defendant at the above G office.
