Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On April 5, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and was released on May 30, 2019 and the parole period expired on June 25, 2019.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to sell leukphones to the victim.
Nevertheless, the Defendant deceiving the victim as above and acquired KRW 840,00 from the victim's account in the name of the F (G Association H) designated by the Defendant, as well as from that time, by deceiving the victims as stated in the attached crime list until November 25, 2019, and acquired KRW 1,976,50 in total.
[200 large group 289] On September 21, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement to the Defendant’s home located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government International Building J, stating that “to sell a game machine” in the hosting room by accessing the “D” game at the Defendant’s home, and that “the Defendant would sell a game machine of KRW 8.5 billion on the face of KRW 3 million.”
However, even if the defendant received money from the victim but did not have the intent or ability to sell the game money, he received 300,000 won from the victim to the L bank account under the name of the defendant on the same day, and acquired it by defrauding it, and he received 902,500 won in total from the victims five times in total as shown in the attached crime list (2).
