3. 피고인은 2019. 11. 17.경 불상의 장소에서 J카페 ‘P’에 ‘키즈스콜레 스텝스 아기책’을 판매한다는 글을 게시하고, 이를 보고 연락한 피해자 Q에게 “키즈스콜레 스텝스 아기책을 300,000원에 판매할테니 돈을 보내달라.”라고 거짓말을 하였다.
