A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On February 3, 2020, the Defendant promised to purchase 5g of marijuana from a seller, who is a narcotics, etc., using an insurgic telegram, at the bar, and sold the marijuana by purchasing approximately 5.5g of marijuana, which the seller knew to the seller through a non-teco-agent agent. On the same day, from around 20:00 to around 22:00 of the same day, the Defendant transferred the marijuana purchase price to a non-co-owner equivalent to KRW 1,00,000,000, to the former seller, and purchased and sold the marijuana by finding approximately 5.5g of marijuana concealed by the seller from outside the air-conditioning room in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, where the seller knew to the seller at around 22:00.

B. On July 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase marijuana 1g from a seller using telephoned “D” in his dwelling room located in Seocheon-si C, 2020; (b) purchased and sold marijuana 1g from the seller using telegramd “D”; (c) sold marijuana 2.50,000 won from around 02:00 to around 03:00 of the following day by purchasing and selling marijuana 1g, which the seller gains on the Defendant’s residence mail box via Kwikset services.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On February 3, 2020, around 23:50 around 23:50, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting one cigarette in the dwelling space located in No. 1-B, and inserting approximately 0.3g of the hemp plant, and inserting the smoke generated by attaching the fire, as if he smokes, as the Defendant smokes.

B. On March 1, 2020, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the manner of smoking tobacco, putting one cigarette in the dwelling space located at night No. 1-B at night, inserting approximately 0.3g of hemp plants, and then inhaleing the smoke generated with a fire, as in the manner of smoking.

On July 4, 2020, the Defendant issued tobacco at the dwelling space on July 4, 2020: (a) around 04:00, containing approximately 0.3g of the hemp plants by inserting one cigarette in the dwelling space on July 4, 202, and then inserting a fire.
