A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. Purchasing or smoking marijuana;

A. On December 21, 2018, the Defendant decided to purchase marijuana from the name-free marijuana sales books known at B site around December 21, 2018. On the same day, around 19:42, the Defendant deposited 1.80,000 won in the D Bank Account (E) account under the name of a limited liability company C (E) in which the said sales books were known. C. On February 9, 2019, the Defendant deposited 180,000 won into the said D Bank account without passbook, and around 22:00 on the same day, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased marijuana by means of using marianag at the bottom of the air conditioner outside the air conditioner room, and then smoked in the way that the said house 0.5g of hemp was fright in the alleyway and frighted into the hemp.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On June 21, 2019, around 21:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking with a fire, with a smoke attached thereto, at the events located in H apartment in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
