A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not affect the defendant's defense right.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

[2018 Gohap 55] On February 4, 2018, the Defendant kept approximately 2.81g(Evidence No. 4) of the similar chain of JWH-018, which is similar chain of 5 F-ADB 5F-DB, when the Defendant was in operation on the top of the Hasan-si, Masan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed a local mental medicine.

1. On January 2018, the Defendant purchased a 100,000 won for 10,000 won for franchising and four in the amount of tobacco, which was parked on the street near the F Station located in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si, Annsan-si.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A.
