A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, so he shall not handle marijuana.

1. On December 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase the hemp plant along with B, a workplace patroler, to purchase the hemp plant; and (b) the Defendant paid the purchase price of the hemp plant and subsequently paid half of the purchase price to the Defendant.

B On December 26, 2016, contact with D, which was known through the Internet C search, to purchase 3 grams of hemp plants at KRW 700,000,00,000, and the Defendant, at around 19:05 on the same day, remitted approximately 0.415 bitco (Korean KRW 480,000,000,000,000) to D, a sales book of hemp, which was known to the above sales book, and around 0.196 bitco (Korean KRW 220,000,000,000) on December 27, 2016, respectively.

After December 27, 2016, the Defendant and B found three grams of the hemp plant located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul around 02:00, as the sales books were known.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana in collusion with B.

2. On December 27, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, around 02:00 on December 27, 2016, the Defendant was parked in the nearest street in the Namyang-si, a vehicle owned by the Defendant in Garoa5, which was parked on a fladro in the middle of the Namyang-si, in a way that, within the vehicle of Garoadia5, smoked the hemp by giving a hole to one of the coffee beverages, attaching a fire, and then string it as soon as possible on the other.

3. On February 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on February 12, 2017, the Defendant: (b) decided to trade the sales books of marijuana and approximately 7.40,000 won of the hemp, which he/she came to know through the Internet C Search; (c) on February 13, 2017, at around 16:20, the following day, he/she remitted approximately 0.615 bitcos (Korean in KRW 7.40,000) to the Overseas Exchange Co., Ltd., a bitco, the said sales books of which are known.

On February 13, 2017, the Defendant purchased marijuana in a way that he purchased 3g of hemp plants with three grams posted under the air conditioner room in the vicinity of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul.
