A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2016, the Defendant, on September 21, 2016, kept an automobile registration number plate attached to the BS halog TRI front of the automobile operated by the Defendant on the grounds of tax delinquency, etc. from the Gyeonggi-si, with the intention of forging the registration number plate to attach and operate the said vehicle.

1. On September 2016, the Defendant made a number plate in the same shape as the previous car registration number plate by entering and printing the letters “B” in line with the letters of the car registration license plate at the house of the Defendant in Gwangju City, Gwangju City, 202 Dong 202, and 202, using the computer seter program and the paper A4, and attaching a pool of the number recorded in a white paper after leaving each letter.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the registration number plate of the air, which is the air, for the purpose of exercising.

2. On November 25, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) operated the said vehicle in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, etc. over 11 times, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 1, around November 25, 2016, by attaching and operating a forged vehicle registration number plate as if it were duly formed, such as paragraph (1), on the roads of accelerating between Mannam-dong and Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant used and exercised a forged motor vehicle registration number plate.
