A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 3, 2016, the Defendant, who violated the Automobile Management Act and forged air hographing, manufactured a car registration number plate by allowing the Defendant to display the word “D” on a white acrylic board (57cm wide, 11cm long) of the “C” office located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, a white acrylic board (57cm wide, 11cm high) using a test blue sheet.

As a result, the Defendant forged a registration number plate under the Automobile Management Act and forged a motor vehicle number plate which is an air.

2. Violation of the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant’s use of forged air defense event attached a forged number plate to the Defendant’s front of the office listed in paragraph 1 at the time specified in paragraph 1, which was parked in front of the office listed in paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant used forged registration number plates and exercised forged air signs at the same time.

Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the Suspension of Execution (Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the following grounds: (a) When the defendant was investigated into the crime of this case, the defendant paid an administrative fine and recovered the number plate; (b) the same criminal record or suspended execution has
