Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around April 2012, the Defendant, via C through C, entrusted D with the disposition of Eone Star Co., Ltd. owned by the Defendant, and during that process, the Defendant sent an explanation that the insurance would be transferred to others by inserting the insurance and transferring it to others because the seizure is not caused by a large number of seizures from D.
Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) drafted a written consent to the operation of the Defendant’s name, power of attorney, and certificate of the transfer of a motor vehicle; (b) allowed D to transfer the foregoing passenger vehicle by means of writing “if the seizure of a motor vehicle is terminated, the registration box for the transfer of the party’s transaction” and received KRW 70,000 in return.
Since then, on May 2013, when there is no dispute with C, D, the Defendant tried to raise a false accusation against C, and D to be subject to criminal punishment by filing a false accusation against C, D, as C, and D transferred without the transfer registration, on the ground that he/she was aware that he/she purchased the above 5 million won of the above van from F, who was the last transferee of the said van, and that he/she was too low in the amount he/she received.
On May 6, 2013, at around 17:00, the Defendant filed a complaint with the public service center of the Busan Urban Police Station, located in 665, as the Busan Urban Police Station, which was located in 17:00, on the 17:00 Busan Seo-gu, and the Defendant filed a complaint with the complaint stating that “C is scrapped on his behalf, but it was discovered as a result of the fact that the Defendant sold the vehicle with no vehicle,” thereby punishing C.
In addition, around July 1, 2013, the defendant filed a complaint with the public service center of the above Busan Busan Busan District Police Station by stating false information to the effect that "D was scrapped on behalf of D, but actually discovered as a result of the fact-finding," and that D was sold on the complaint book. Therefore, the defendant filed a complaint by stating false information to the effect that D was punished.
Accordingly, the defendant was dismissed for the purpose of criminal punishment against C and D.
