A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 10, 2012, the Defendant who forged securities: (a) written that “A”, “A”, “A billion won in the amount column of the bill,” “A December 30, 201 in the column of payment,” “D and E” in the column of issuance date; and (b) written that “A” and “D and E” in the column of issuer, respectively, were kept adjacent to the name of the Defendant’s residence in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

D, E seal has been stamped.

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising, forged a promissory note in the name of D or E, which is a valuable security, and forged a total of seven promissory notes, as shown in attached Table 1, from that time until March 10, 2015.

2. On October 12, 2012, the Defendant, who exercised securities, filed an application for provisional seizure of real estate against D and E’s “Seoul F Land and Buildings” owned by the public service offices of the Seoul Central District Court located in Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court, Seocho-gu, Seoul, for the provisional seizure of real estate against D and E’s “F Land and Buildings” at the center of Seocho-gu Seoul Central District Court, the Defendant exercised a forged promissory note as shown in attached Table 2 as of March 11, 2015 from that time until March 11, 2015.

3. The Defendant of the forgery of a private document was able to arbitrarily prepare a lease agreement in the name of “E” in order to enable H to live on the first floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Housing, where E holds 2/3 shares.

On September 2, 2014, the Defendant had a real estate broker under his/her name at the Defendant’s underground office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around September 2, 2014, display column of the leased real estate with a mix 30 square meters on the leased site, “Seo-gu G1 floor 30 square meters,” “this hundred million won” on the deposit column, “this hundred million won” on the down payment column, “this ten million won million won million won,” “one hundred and twenty-four months from October 2, 2014,” and “the date of preparation” on September 2, 2014;
