A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant forged a private document: (a) prepared a forest management plan for the remaining old-gun D forest owned by the victim C; (b) a forest management plan for the F forest owned by the victim; and (c) a management contract for the said D forest under the victim’s name; and (d) submitted it to the Gun Office to obtain authorization for the forest management plan
A. On January 2016, the Defendant, such as an agency contract for the management of D forest in the old-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-gun, the Defendant: (a) was forged at the Defendant’s house located in the Nam-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-gun, the victim had not been delegated or approved in relation to the agency management of D forest in the Nam-gun, the victim was the victim; (b) “One parcel outside the Gu-gun, and one parcel” in the area of the forest where the substitute contract site was located; (c) on December 20, 2015; (d) on the date column, “20, December 20, 2015”; (d) on the forest owner column, “The name and the name of the Si-Gun, and the name and the name of the Gu-gun,” and “The name and the name of the victim who was prepared in advance to be delegated to the victim’s name and the name and address of the Gu-gun,” and (d) on the proxy form, “the name and address of the victim” as follows.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a proxy management contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and a proxy letter.
B. On March 2, 2016, the Defendant who forged an application for authorization of a forest management plan in the former Gu-gun D, the civil petition office of the Gu-gun, which was located in one of the salary bars of the remaining Gu-gun on March 2, 2016, has the J of the staff of the Gu-gun Forestry Cooperatives who is aware of the fact, even though he/she had not been delegated or approved by the damaged person in relation to the authorization of the forest management
