A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 500,00,000 as an offense of insult at Seoul Southern District Court. On December 26, 2012, the Defendant had been issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,00 as an offense of assault at the same court on December 26.

1. Around February 26, 2014, the Defendant drafted a written complaint against the above C with a black-type c in the form of a written complaint stored in the Guro police station in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the civil petition office of the Guro police station located in the relevant area.

As a result, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment.

2. On February 26, 2014, the Defendant, at the civil petition office of the police station as referred to in paragraph (1), drafted a written complaint on the above D, the background leading to the Guro Police Station F District, in color, with a lucentle on the site of the written complaint kept in the relevant place.
