1. On November 24, 2012, from around 16:10 to 18:30, the Defendant participated in the fourth national conference for solving D problems, which is being held by the “pan-national Support Committee for solving D Issues” at the Seoul plaza located in the Tae-ro Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

After the completion of the above national conference, from 18:30 to 18:55 on the same day, the Defendant occupied more than 800 participants in other assemblies, and attempted to enter the front door of thepar hotel and the front door door of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, and tried to enter the front door to the air space.
