Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From around 11:10 on August 15, 201 to 12:50, the Defendant interfered with vehicle traffic by raising relief, such as “discipulating the North Korean hostile policy, implementing the 6/15 Joint Declaration, and implementing the 10/4 Joint Declaration,” which took part in the 3,500 or more other conference participants participating in the 8/15th National Assembly in the road located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and promoting a road along with other conference participants. As such, the Defendant conspired with other participants in other assemblies to interfered with the passage of the road. From around 23:00 on September 29, 201 to from 24:00, the Defendant took part in the 350-day candlelight of the 9/29th class registration fee of the vehicle,” and the Defendant took part in the 350-day area of the road with the front line of the road as the front line of the road.”
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
3. Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
4. The Defendant, from around 17:00 to around 18:00 on December 3, 201, 201, took part in the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement Dissenting at Night Culture System” held in the Cheongdo square in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, along with other participants in the conference, proposed relief by holding in the front lane of the intersection road in the shape of one thousand and more other participants in the conference.
