Punishment of the crime

1. On June 16, 2012, from around 14:15 to 15:00 on June 16, 2012, the Defendant, along with 1,500 members of the Committee on Countermeasures against Issues, set up two broadcasting vehicles at the Hando Park Culture Complex in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, with a total of 40 times of flagpoles, including a desired bus model (influor card used at various assemblies), a stage vehicle, a broadcasting vehicle, and then set up a two broadcasting vehicle, he/she called “D organization”, “Eno,” “F organization,” “Seoul District,” “Seoul District,” and “H Party,” and took part in an assembly with a total of 40 lanes of flagpoles, namely, the “LG dam building” at the Hando Park Cultural Mar. 15, 2012 and went along three lanes.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with 1,500 participants and obstructed the traffic of the land for about 45 minutes.

2. On November 24, 2012, from around 16:10 to 18:30 on November 24, 2012, the Defendant participated in the fourth national conference for the resolution of the C Issues, which is being held and carried out by the “National Countermeasures Committee for the Resolution of the C Issues” at the Seoul plaza located in the Tae-ro Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

After the completion of the 18:30 on the same day to 18:55 on the same day, the Defendant tried to enter the area as a small air space by occupying more than 800 other participants in other assemblies, as well as the front door of the Liber hotel and the front door of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
