Punishment of the crime

1. From around 12:40 to 14:00 on May 1, 2012, the Defendant participated in the “2012 Total Field Rad Rad, which is in progress by holding a “C organization” in front of the Bank of Korea located in Nam-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul. The Defendant, after the completion of the above assembly, held approximately 400 participants in other assemblies, and went through delivery with approximately 14:0 on May 16, 201, and went ahead of the course four lanes in front of the head office of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Enterprise Bank, leading up to the front of the head office of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Government Government Government Government Office. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of the victims of the land in collusion with other participants. On May 16, 2012, the Defendant held the “Seoul National Assembly” from around 14:00 on May 16, 2012 to around 17:25, the Defendant held the “Seoul National Police Committee” in Yongsan-gu.

After the completion of the above 17:25 on the same day, the Defendant moved along with approximately 3,50 participants in other assemblies with about 17:25 on the same day to the front of the door of sublime, the Bank of Korea street, and the passage of the road through the entrance of the Gu through the entrance of the Gu. On the same day, at around 18:15 on the same day, the Defendant continued to move along with 10 lanes on the road, thereby interfering with the traffic of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
