Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2013, from around 14:10 to 15:35, the Defendant participated in the 2,500 Workers Competition Act, along with two thousand and five hundred members, etc. of the B trade union in the Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

After the completion of the above assembly, the Defendant occupied 54 minutes from around 15:45 to around 17:18, and obstructed the passage of unspecified vehicles by many and unspecified persons, such as where approximately 1,00 participants in other assemblies were located in the department stores, and where approximately 1,00 of the participants in other assemblies were occupying 7 lanes between the road from the Roter to the labing-in districts in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul and about 16:41 to 17:35.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
