Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works in the Seoul Regional Committee of the Socialist Workers' Political Party Construction Joint Work Committee.

On November 24, 2012, from around 16:10 to 18:30 on November 24, 2012, the Defendant participated in the fourth National Assembly to solve the problem of two automobiles, which is being held by the “National Support Committee for the Settlement of the problem of two automobiles” in the Seoul Square in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu.
