A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On July 24, 2013, at around 22:57, the Defendant driven a lutoba with its head of Si/Gun/Gu changed luminous lamps without obtaining approval from the head of Si/Gun/Gu, on the road in front of the luto-dong, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) of this Article, unlawfully used another person’s resident registration number C, who was requested to produce a driver’s license by the superintendent of the police station at the Seoul Yongsan Police Station’s Senior Traffic Safety Department C, by entering the above C’s resident registration number E of high-speed-friendly job offers D, leading the police officer and investigator to enter the Defendant into the investigation documents.

3. When the Defendant was found to be in violation of the Automobile Management Act at the time, time, and place described in paragraph (1) at the time, and place, the Defendant expressed “D” and “E” in the name column using an examination color pen on the vehicle management violation letter, and affixed the seal to D’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of a self-statement in the name of D, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact.

4. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph (3), exercised the forged statement to the above C as if it had been duly formed.

5. On August 23, 2013, the Defendant signed the protocol of interrogation of a suspect prepared by the police officer F at the Seoul Yongsan Police Station’s Transport Investigation Department’s office, which was signed by the Defendant as “D”.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged the above D’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right.
